Intro to 2023 Ghost Haunt Festival Event Tarot Readings
Welcome to Calico's Annual Ghost Haunt Festival! Calico Mining Town was established in 1881 by miners seeking to make their fortunes in silver. Though the town was eventually abandoned by the miners in search of other paths, I truly believe that you - and only you - hold the key to your future personal fortunes in your hands.
As a certified and intuitive tarot reader, I can help guide and empower you towards the goals that feel out of reach. Tarot, therefore, is not so much a fortune-telling tool as it is a mirror giving you clarity on yourself and current surrounding energies so you can make any needed course corrections towards a more fulfilled life.
Event Sign In - October 20-22 and October 27-29
Tarot readings at today's event will be free 10-minute in-person readings; however, there are a limited number of spots available. Between 4-6 readings will be done every hour and we will be present every day of the event. Please sign up to hold your spot and check in often. You must be present when your name is called to claim your reading. Signing in does not guarantee a free reading but we will try to accommodate as many readings as we can. All readings are subject to the agreement of terms and conditions which include, but are not limited to, one reading per individual, 18 years of age or older (unless accompanied by an adult).
What to Expect from an Event Reading
If we do connect today, you will get to choose a deck for your reading from a selection of seasonal decks from my collection. I find that doing this helps to create a connection from the start of our reading. As your tarot guide, I will then go over the cards I pull in response to your question or regarding your chosen topic. Please have one topic or question in mind before we begin. I encourage you to think of topics that pertain to you and not a third-party (ie: "How does Victor feel...?") as the messages in the card are meant for you. A great way to think about it is to ask a choice-based question that empowers you to make life happen instead of asking a fate-based question which assumes that life happens to you. Always remember that you are the writer of your own story!
Tarot is also subject to interpretation. All readings are for entertainment purposes only and should not be taken as absolute. Readings are not meant to provide financial, medical, or legal advice etc. I will always encourage you to seek professional support.
