Terms & Conditions
I believe that everything in the universe contains energy. Like a breeze, it combines with the collective energies and swirls around us unseen. But it is also greatly affected by our daily lives and the surrounding stressors of our day-to-day. As such, our time and mental capacity is usually being exhausted on other issues which often leaves our energies imbalanced and deflated. Tarot reading is based on the probable outcome of events which is influenced by your current behavior and attitude and that of those around you.
CODE OF ETHICS
As a tarot advisor, I will serve the best interests of my clients with professionalism and integrity. I will provide guidance and insight in the form of my opinion or advice; however, I will not make definitive predictions nor interfere with the free will of my clients. A tarot reading is for entertainment purposes only and is not absolute or carved in stone. I will allow my clients to take complete and sole responsibility for the decisions and actions they take following a tarot reading but am willing to work with them to create a plan of action. My goal with every reading is to provide a new and constructive perspective that empowers my clients.
The tarot cards carry images that reflect aspects of life we are all familiar with. As a Tarot advisor I have trained and studied their imagery and associated meanings, and am therefore in a position to interpret the cards that you have selected. I read the tarot for guidance in all areas of life (but this does not suggest that I am a psychic or telepathic.) If my client needs advice in any area for which I am not qualified, I will encourage the client to seek out professional advice (such as medical, legal, and financial). I will maintain the highest levels of confidentiality and privacy and will not share client information or readings without approval, unless any disclosed information breaks any laws or endangers the lives of anyone. I will always provide readings with compassion and in a non-judgmental but challenging manner. I will share what I see in the tarot cards with honesty and transparency, regardless of the message.
I will also never refuse to read for anyone based on the race, color, religious belief, disability or sexual orientation. I respect the space, energy, and consent of all; therefore, to protect the privacy of others, I will not read on a third party or anyone who is not present and involved in their own reading (e.g. "Does Johnny really love Sally?"). Where possible, I will work with the client to rephrase the question and focus the reading on what is directly related and relevant to you. I will not read for minors under the age of 18 without the consent and presence of a parent or guardian.
COMMITMENT
My commitment to you, as your tarot advisor, is to hold space for you - to listen, be on time, and fully present – and to provide a safe but challenging, judgment-free, and confidential space (within the law). I will not share readings with a third party. To respect both parties, a pre-arranged appointment is essential, unless designated by reader at online or public events. I cannot accommodate clients who call unexpectedly, either in person or over the phone looking for an on-the-spot tarot consultation.
A tarot reading is a two-way process. As such, I kindly request that you come fully present, with a clear and open mind, ready to receive and engage in a conversation, prepared with choice-based questions to understand yourself and your situation in a productive and empowering way. This helps the cards to yield more information, thus enabling an open and expanded reading. Please also be ready with audio and visual connection for video readings via Zoom or Google Meet before the appointment so we can make the most of our time together. My goal is to use my intuition, tarot cards, and any/all available skills to help you find clarity, purpose, balance, community, and so on.
PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
Payment is due prior to a reading and can be paid in dollars (US) through cash or credit card via Venmo or Zelle. Some discounts provided may not work concurrently with others. Referral discounts only apply to your next reading after referred client schedules, pays for, and receives their reading. Referred client can claim their portion of the referral discount with their initial reading. Tarot is subjective and can often take time to absorb the message or may not be what the client was hoping to hear. All readings are for entertainment purposes only and, as such, refunds will not be given for readings after the fact. Full refunds may be given for cancellations by tarot reader only, and only after two attempts to reschedule have been made. Cancellation fee of 50% will be applied to any cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointment. No refunds for no show appointments. Giveaways can be used by recipient or transferred to another person but must be claimed within a 12 month period.
DISCLAIMER
Tarot Reading is subject to interpretation and should not be taken as absolute. A tarot reading is never 100% accurate. All tarot readings given by me are for entertainment purposes only, and no guarantee can be given as to the accuracy of a reading. A tarot reading does not replace professional medical/legal/financial/business opinion and advice. It will not force you to follow a particular course of action, or attempt to exert any form of control over your free-will and common sense. The contents of a tarot reading are not legally binding. Any decisions made, or actions taken by you as a result of your tarot reading are your sole responsibility and have not been forced upon you, by me, your tarot reader. I assume no legal liability for any damages, losses, or other consequences of any client decisions, subsequent to, or based on, my tarot readings. Please use your own common sense and judgment at all times. It is only with the complete understanding and acceptance of the above that your Reading will take place.
I do not offer Tarot Readings to anyone under 18 years of age. By accepting this reading you confirm you are 18 years of age or over. You also agree to all the terms and conditions listed above. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice. Please contact with any questions.
